Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights to delivered project outputs transfer to the client upon full payment. Site content (design, text, visuals) belongs to BroSoftware.
User Obligations

Payment & Billing
Project payments follow the plan defined at proposal stage (upfront, deposit + balance, or installments). Accepted methods include credit/debit card and bank transfer. A formal invoice is issued for all payments.

Project delivery timelines may vary based on agreed scope and client feedback speed. Delays will be communicated in advance.
Limitation of Liability
BroSoftware does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site or services. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, data loss, etc.).

Termination
In case of breach of contract terms, BroSoftware reserves the right to unilaterally terminate service.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Konya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
